Quentin Diduck completed a B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering at the University of Alberta, Alberta, Canada, in 1998, and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY in 2007. He then worked as a research associate with Professor Lester Eastman at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY for 2 years. In 2009 Dr. Diduck worked for Group4Labs based out of Fremont, CA for 3 years developing GaN on diamond based high electron mobility transistors. Currently he is with Avogy Inc. based in San Jose, California developing high voltage vertical power transistors using bulk GaN.
